Ferry crankshaft snapped studs

This small ferry was in for a refit and required a new crankshaft oil seal, when the fly wheel was removed a number of crank of retaining bolts were seized in the crankshaft and snapped.

We were called to spark erode the studs using custom electrodes and causing  no damage to the crankshaft threads.
