Our portable spark erosion equipment is the perfect solution for removing broken taps and drills within machine shops or on-site applications. It is impossible to drill out broken taps and drill bits due to the hardened nature of the material they are constructed from; therefore, spark erosion is often the quickest and safest way to carry out the removal while ensuring no damage to the threads.

We have the capacity to remove small diameter carbide tip gun drills from the bottom of holes over a meter deep, as pictured.
